Abstract: To introduce Professor LI Feng's clinical experience in treating chronic prostatitis. Professor LI Feng believes that in Chinese Medicine, the disease location of chronic prostatitis is in the lower energizer and is closely related to the liver and spleen. The key pathogenesis involves dampness, blood stasis, and masses, which interact and exacerbate each other. Clinical treatment is primarily guided by disease differentiation, with treatment methods adjusted according to the disease stage. In the acute phase, the focus is on clearing heat, draining dampness, invigorating blood, and soothing the liver. In the chronic phase, the emphasis is on soothing the liver, invigorating blood, clearing heat, and dissipating masses. The combined use of the three methods—soothing the liver, invigorating and dissipating, and clearing and draining—guides the prescription of medications, with soothing liver throughout the whole process and invigorating blood as the core, so as to achieve the goal of clearing dampness heat and removing blood stasis. Additionally, dietary therapy, non-pharmacological treatments, and daily preventive measures are employed to prevent recurrence and progression, resulting in good clinical efficacy.
