Abstract:Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Professor LIANG Bangshun in treating tuberculosis with Chinese medicine based on data mining. Methods:The clinical data of patients with tuberculosis diagnosed and treated in the Chinese medicine ward and outpatient department of Guangzhou Chest Hospital from May 1,2021 to April 30, 2024 were collected and input into Microsoft Excel to establish a database for frequency analysis of medications, properties, flavors and meridian entries of Chinese herbs. SPSS Modeler software and R language were used to analyze the association rules, clustering and correlation of the data. Results:A total of 259 prescriptions of Chinese medicine were included, involving 149 Chinese herbs, with a total frequency of 3 417 times. The most frequently used Chinese herbs were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, followed by Poria, Codonopsis Radix, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with bran, fried Coicis Semen, etc. The four properties of the Chinese herbs were mostly warm, cool and neutral, the five flavors were mostly sweet, bitter and pungent, and the meridian entries were mainly the lung and spleen. The association rules analysis showed that Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with bran- Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was with the highest support, followed by Codonopsis Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, and Poria-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with bran was with the highest number of cooccurrences. Three core combinations of Chinese herbs were obtained by clustering analysis, and the correlation between the three groups of Chinese herbs was higher. Conclusion:In the treatment of tuberculosis,Professor LIANG Bangshun pays more attention to bank up the earth for central regulation and metal generation, jointly regulating the lung function and spleen function.
