Abstract:Objective:Taking stomachache as an example,Delphi method was innovatively used to score the age and origin of ancient books. An index system to measure the credibility of acupuncture and moxibustion ancient books was established by calculating the weight to quantify the value of ancient books. The weighted proportion of acupoints was used to represent their importance in the treatment of stomachache, therefore realizing the optimal acupoint selection analysis on acupuncture and moxibustion for stomachache. Methods:The ancient literature related to stomachache was searched under the nodes of “Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina Volume” of Chinese Medical Classics and the clauses were screened and collected. The main symptoms involved were extracted, classified and synonymously combined to construct a standardized stomachache literature database;the information of experts and their scores on the age and origin of ancient books are obtained by issuing online expert questionnaires, and the basis of weight function is obtained by statistics;the proportion of each acupoint was further calculated and sorted. Results:A total of 186 pieces of effective data covering acupoints related to stomachache were screened from 1 448 clauses in ancient books, involving 4 main symptoms and 75 acupoints. A total of 40 expert questionnaires were collected. Based on the Delphi method, the average score of the weight of ancient books was 6.60,and the top three were Huang Di Nei Jing( The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic) (8.49),Shang Han Za Bing Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases) (8.13) and Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang( Prepared for Thousand Golden Prescriptions)( 8.11). The top four acupoints were as follows: Yuji (LU 10) point (29.29), Shangqiu (SP 5) point (27.56), Feishu (BL 13) point (26.82) and Weishu (BL 21) point (26.60). Conclusion: In ancient books, acupoints such as Yuji (LU 10) point, Shangqiu (SP 5) point, Feishu (BL 13) point and Weishu (BL 21) point are mainly selected in treatment of stomachache with acupuncture and moxibustion.
