Abstract： This paper introduces Professor LI Shucheng's clinical experience in treating cancer-related fatigue using the acupuncture of reinforcing yang and unblocking vessels. Professor LI Shucheng believes that cancer-related fatigue is often characterized by the deficiency of yang qi and interweaved of deficiency and excess. The main pathogenesis is the interweaving of deficiency，excess，and stagnation. Treatment should focus on promoting free flow and using this promotion as a tonification method. The acupuncture method of reinforcing yang and unblocking the vessels —namely，reinforcing healthy qi，supporting yang，and regulating the vessels qi—should be applied in the treatment.
