Abstract： MOU Chonglin believes that infertility is mainly related to the dysfunction of the liver， spleen， and kidney. He treats infertility by soothing the liver，fortifying the spleen，and nourishing the kidney according to different manifestations. He also combines the treatment with other methods such as dispelling cold and warming the meridians， resolving stasis and unblocking the collaterals， and clearing damp-heat according to syndrome differentiation. This approach addresses both the root cause and the symptoms， achieving good therapeutic effects. Through four clinical cases，this study thoroughly explores MOU Chonglin's experience in treating infertility using the method of soothing the liver，fortifying the spleen，and nourishing the kidney.
