Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the combination use of Yougui Pills and Wuzi Yanzong Pills and western medicine on thin endometrial infertility （TEI） of kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods：A total of 90 TEI with kidney deficiency syndrome patients treated in the Department of Gynecology of Jinhua Maternal&Child Health Care Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Estradiol Valerate Tablets and Progesterone Capsules. The observation group was treated with Yougui Pills and Wuzi Yanzong Pills based on the treatment in the control group. Both groups were treated for two menstrual cycles. The clinical effects and pregnancy outcome，and the changes in endometrial thickness，uterine artery hemodynamics，and levels of serum estradiol （E2） and progesterone （P） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 88.89% （40/45） in the observation group， higher than that of 68.89% （31/45） in the control group （P＜0.05）. The endometrial thickness in the two groups was elevated when compared with that before treatment （P＜0.05）， and the endometrial thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P＜0.05）. The resistance index （RI） and prefusion index （PI） in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05），and the RI and PI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. The levels of serum E2 and P in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05），and the levels of serum E2 and P in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. The success rate of delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion： The combination use of Yougui Pills and Wuzi Yanzong Pills and western medicine has a great curative effect on TEI of kidney deficiency syndrome，which can increase the endometrial thickness，and improve the uterine artery hemodynamics，levels of sex homone，and pregnancy outcome，enhance the success rate of delivery.
