Abstract:Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Jing Yue Quan Shu (The Complete Medical Works of ZHANG Jingyue) for the treatment of enuresis based on data mining techniques. Methods: The composition of prescriptions and Chinese medicinals for the treatment of enuresis in Jing Yue Quan Shu: Za Zheng Mo (Treatise on Miscellaneous Diseases) was collected and entered into Microsoft Excel 2021 to establish a dataset of Chinese medicinals, and frequency analysis was conducted, along with analysis of the Bazhen Prescriptions, efficacy classification, four properties, and five flavors. The clustering analysis and association rule analysis of the highfrequency Chinese medicinals were performed with the application of SPSS Statistics 24.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0. Results: A total of 42 effective prescriptions of Chinese medicine were included, involving 89 Chinese medicinals, with a total cumulative frequency of 275 times of Chinese medicinals. In particular for the Chinese medicinals with the leading occurrence frequency of use as follows, Poria, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle, etc. The flavors of the Chinese medicinals were usually sweet and pungent, the properties were mainly concentrated on warm and neutral, and the Chinese medicinals were mostly enter the kidney and spleen channels. Nine association rules were obtained, including Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle- Zingiberis Rhizomar, and so on. Cluster analysis yielded two core prescriptions, which were C1:Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, and Angelicae Sinensis Radix; and C2: Corni Fructus, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Cortex, Eucommiae Cortex,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,Poria,Psoraleae Fructus,Cistanches Herba,Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum,Cuscutae Semen,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,Foeniculi Fructus, and Allii Tuberosi Semen.
