Abstract:Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is closely related to the imbalance of the mechanical equilibrium and structural instability of the cervical meridian sinews. The principle of treatment is to untangle knots, relieve the compression of the transverse collaterals on the meridian vessels, promote the free flow of qi and blood, and restore the normal function of meridian sinews. Jin's needle wrapping, founded by Mr. JIN Wenhua, is characterized by its simplicity, mild manual stimulation, and strong needle sensation. It can relax muscles and untangle knots, effectively treating meridian sinew-related diseases. This paper analyzes the correlation among meridian sinew theory,Jin's needle wrapping, and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. It introduces the guiding role of meridian sinew theory in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and shares clinical experiences of using Jin's needle wrapping for this condition, supported by case studies.
