Abstract:Abstract: This article introduces Professor LI Liqiang's clinical experience in treating pediatric spleen-related diseases. Professor LI Liqiang believes that the primary cause of spleen-related diseases in children is the insufficiency of the spleen and stomach, further exacerbated by external factors such as the six exogenous pathogenic factors and irregular diet, leading to spleen and stomach damage. This results in the disorder of qi movement, dampness retention, food accumulation, and liver-spleen disharmony, which may eventually affect other organs over time. Professor LI emphasizes that diagnosis and treatment should align with the physiological and pathological characteristics of children. The treatment principles include strengthening the spleen and regulating qi, eliminating dampness and promoting spleen function, aiding digestion and relieving food stagnation, and harmonizing the liver and spleen.
