Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of fumigation and washing with Yinyang No. 1 combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets on colpomycosis. Methods：A total of 163 cases of patients with colpomycosis treated at Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Quzhou from November 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group（ 101 cases） and the control group（ 62 cases） based on different treatment regimens. The control group was treated with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets，and the observation group was additionally treated with fumigation and washing with Yinyang No. 1 based on the treatment of the control group. Clinical effects，incidence of adverse reactions， and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and vaginal condition in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.05% （96/101），significantly higher than the control group's 83.87% （52/62） （P＜0.05）. After treatment，traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased （P＜0.05），with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group （P＜0.05）. After treatment， vaginal pH， vaginal cleanliness scores，and vaginal mucosa scores in the two groups were decreased （P＜0.05），with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group （P＜0.05）. During treatment， there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P＞0.05）. Three months after treatment，the recurrence rate was 3.13% （3/96） in the observation group and 17.31% （9/52） in the control group， with a significant difference （P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion： Fumigation and washing with Yinyang No. 1 combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets has a good effect in treating colpomycosis. It is beneficial to alleviating symptoms，improving vaginal condition and reducing recurrence rates，with high safety.
