After treatment, the scores of MMSE and MoCA in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), the ADCS-ADL score in the study group was increased when compared with that before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of MMSE,MoCA,and ADCS-ADL in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The Cibic-plus scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the Cibic-plus score in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yinao Wendan Decoction in the treatment of MCI can enhance the clinical efficacy, improve the cognitive function and activities of daily living of patients, and the effect is superior to that of Donepezil treatment.
