Abstract:Objective:To analyze the ideas and medication rules of core prescription of LAI Donglan in treating tic disorders in children by data mining technology. Methods:The outpatient case data of LAI Donglan in the treatment of tic disorders in children was collected. Using Microsoft Excel 2016, a database for frequency counting was established. SPSS Statistics 27.0 was used for cluster analysis, SPSS Modeler 18.0 for association analysis and visual analysis, and Origin 2024 for analyzing the nature, flavors and meridian entries of all Chinese medicinals. Results: A total of 342 prescriptions were included,with syndrome of stirring of liver wind and syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver effulgence as the main syndromes. A total of 101 Chinese medicinals were involved. Among them, those for supplementing deficiency, pacifying the liver to extinguish wind, and releasing the exterior were used the most frequently with most associated categories of curative effect. The Chinese medicinals were neutral and cold in nature,and sweet and bitter in flavor made up the largest proportion,with main meridian entries of the liver,lung and spleen. The association analysis presented 14 core medicinal pairs and 19 core triplet medicinal combinations. The cluster analysis suggested 5 core basic prescriptions. Conclusion: In the treatment of children's tic disorders, LAI Donglan advocates treating both the root and branch, liver, spleen and lung at the same time, the use of wind- dispelling herbs and tonifying herbs is combined,the core basic prescription is the modified Gouteng Yinzi and Sijunzi Decoction and taking nourishing the healthy qi at all times as the basic principle.
