Abstract：Chief Chinese medicine Physician MA Dazheng believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of obesity- related infertility are the damage of spleen and stomach cause by irregular diet，emotional distress，and other factors， leading to spleen deficiency and impaired transportation， liver qi stagnation， and yang qi insufficiency. These conditions ultimately result in abnormal fluid metabolism within the body，causing water-dampness to accumulate and transform into phlegm-dampness. Phlegm-dampness may either obstruct internally or transform into heat over time， congesting the uterus and leading to infertility. During the treatment，it is typically categorized into three types：damp- heat accumulation， phlegm-turbidity obstruction， and yang deficiency with internal retention of water-dampness. Corresponding treatment methods include clearing heat and removing dampness，unblocking the bowels and expelling turbidity，strengthening the spleen and promoting qi，resolving phlegm and removing dampness，warming yang and transforming qi，and strengthening the spleen and removing dampness. The primary prescriptions used are Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder，Cangfu Daotan Decoction and Linggui Zhugan Decoction，with modifications based on the patient's condition，yielding significant therapeutic effects.
