Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Jiaji warm needle moxibustion and radial shockwave therapy（RSWT）as adjunctive treatment to Zhuyu Decoction for cervical radiculopathy. Methods：A total of 200 patients with cervical radiculopathy admitted to Yuyao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2023 and December 2024 were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method，with 100 cases each. The control group received conventional therapy，while the observation group received additional Jiaji warm needle moxibustion， RSWT， and Zhuyu Decoction. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Clinical efficacy， and changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores， pain intensity （McGill Pain Questionnaire），and Neck Disability Index（NDI）were assessed in the two groups. Results：The total clinical efficacy in the observation group was 92.00%（92/100）， higher than the 77.00%（77/100）in the control group（P＜0.05） After treatment，traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased in both groups（P＜0.05），with lower scores in the observation group（P＜0.05）. After treatment，Visual Analogue Scale（VAS），Pain Rating Index（PRI），and Present Pain Intensity（PPI）scores decreased in both groups（P＜0.05）， with lower scores in the observation group （P＜0.05）. After treatment，NDI scores decreased in both groups（P＜0.05），with greater reduction in the observation group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion： The integrated Jiaji warm needle moxibustion and RSWT as adjunctive treatment to Zhuyu Decoction effectively alleviate pain， restore cervical function， and enhance therapeutic outcomes in cervical radiculopathy.
