Abstract：HUANG Qingming believes that the core pathogenesis of enuresis in children lies in“immobility of the central axis and dysfunction of the four dimensions”，highlighting that the spleen and stomach are the pivot of ascending and descending movement of qi and the dysfunction of liver，heart，lung，kidney and other viscera is the crucial point of pathogenesis. The treatment should follow the principle “regulating the pivotal mechanism of the middle energizer and harmonizing qi movement within four symbols”，forming the holistic therapeutic plan“rotating the pivot to propel the wheels with restoring circular movements as the guiding principle”. This article summarizes HUANG Qingming's clinical experience in treating enuresis in children and provides new insight in clinical practice with one verified clinical case.
