Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of the combination use of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Nicorandil on prethrombotic state， endothelial function and myocardial injury of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis obstruction type．Methods：A total of 86 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis obstruction type admitted to Lanxi Lide Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method， with 43 cases in each group． The control group was treated with Nicorandil Tablets， and the observation group was treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with Nicorandil Tablets．Both groups were treated for 60 days． The clinical effects， and prethrombotic state indexes [serum platelet α-granule membrane protein-140 （GMP-140）and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1（PAI-1）]，endothelial function indexes [serum endothelin-1（ET-1）， nitric oxide（NO）， endothelial cell specific molecule 1（Endocan）] and myocardial injury factors [serum highsensitivity cardiac troponin（hs-cTnT），pentraxin-3（PTX-3），serum amyloid A（SAA）] before and after treatment， and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups． Results： After treatment， the total effective rate was 93.02%（40/43）in the observation group，higher than that of 74.42%（32/43）in the control group， the difference being significant（P＜0.05）． The levels of serum GMP-140， PAI-1， ET-1， Endocan， hs-cTnT， PTX-3 and SAA in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment，and the levels of serum GMP-140，PAI-1，ET-1，Endocan，hs-cTnT，PTX-3 and SAA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，differences being significant（P＜0.05）．The serum NO levels in the two groups were elevated when compared with those before treatment， and the serum NO level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，differences being significant（P＜0.05）．The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.98%（3/43）in the observation group，and 11.63%（5/43）in the control group，there being no significance in the difference（P＞0.05）． Conclusion：The combination use of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Nicorandil can improve the curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis obstruction type，enhance the prethrombotic state and reduce myocardial injury，and protect the endothelial function with good safety.
