Abstract： Based on the circle-motion theory， Director LI Chuangpeng proposes that the core pathogenesis of acute heart failure lies in deficiency-cold of the central earth and earth-dampness stagnation， and the collapse of kidney yin and kidney yang is the critical factors of disease progression． The application of modified Fuzi Lizhong Decoction aims to invigorate spleen and activate earth movement， and consolidate central qi， supplemented by astringing the lung to direct qi downward，and soothing the liver and regulating qi movement．This therapy facilitates the restoration of "unimpeded qi circulation" in patients，thereby providing valuable insights and methodologies for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of acute heart failure.
