Abstract： This paper summarizes Professor YU Minfeng's clinical experience in treating pediatric diseases with Fuhe Decoction based on the theory of five circulations and six qi. In clinical practice，Professor YU Minfeng flexibly applies the theory of five circulations and six qi. By comprehensively analyzing the seasonal qi characteristics at the time of the patient's birth， onset of disease， and consultation， combined with the clinical manifestations from the four diagnostic methods，she identifies the symptoms and differentiates syndromes to grasp the key pathogenesis. Focusing on the pathogenic characteristics of wind stirring，fire blazing，and dampness accumulation，she uses Fuhe Decoction to treat various pediatric diseases，which embodies the holistic view of "correspondence between heaven and human" in traditional Chinese medicine and the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of temporal-spatial medicine.
