Abstract： This article introduces Professor YANG Fuxia's clinical experience in treating infertility with thin endometrium. Professor YANG posits that thin endometrium-related infertility primarily results from yin-yang imbalance， zang-fu dysfunction， and phlegm-stasis obstructing the collateral. Based on the Three Begets All Things theory， she employs a comprehensive acupuncture approach incorporating： tripartite point selection（upper/middle/ lower body regions）， longitude-latitude point combination， gentle needle manipulation techniques， and synergistic ear-body acupuncture protocols.
