Study on Medication Rules of Prescriptions for Blood Stranguria in Ancient Medical Books Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the medication rules of prescriptions for blood stranguria in ancient medical books based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5). Methods:The prescriptions for blood stranguria were screened out from the Comprehensive Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulae, and entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)to form a database of prescriptions for blood stranguria. The association rules, complex system entropy clustering and other algorithms were used to carry out analysis of frequency statistics, medication rules and new prescriptions to explore the commonly used Chinese medicines of prescriptions for blood stranguria and their compatibility rules, and to extract core medicinal groups to form new prescriptions. Results:A total of 105 prescriptions were obtained, including 138 Chinese medicines with a total frequency of use of 602. Among them, the high-frequency Chinese medicines were Talcum,Rehmanniae Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Plantaginis Semen, Akebiae Caulis, Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Poria, etc;their flavors were mainly sweet and bitter;their nature was mostly cold, neutral and warm;their main meridian entries were the liver, heart, stomach, lung and spleen. After the clustering analysis and association rule analysis, the most commonly used medicinal groups were “Talcum-Plantaginis Semen”,“Talcum-Akebiae Caulis”,“Rehmanniae Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix”, etc. Through the complex system entropy clustering analysis, four core medicinal combinations were obtained from the potentially related Chinese medicines, which were “Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Paeoniae Radix Rubra”,“Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Lophatheri Herba-Junci Medulla”,“Rehmanniae Radix-Cirsii Herba-Stachys Japonica”,and “Tetrapanacis Medulla-Gardeniae Fructus Praeparatus-Asari Radix et Rhizoma”. Based on the above four core medicinal combinations, four potential new prescriptions for blood stranguria were systematically deduced, including “Malvae Semen, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Kansui Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, and Chuanxiong Rhizoma”,“Scutellariae Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Gardeniae Fructus,Lophatheri Herba and Junci Medulla”,“Rehmanniae Radix,Dianthi Herba, Curcumae Radix, Cirsii Herba and Stachys Japonica”,“Tetrapanacis Medulla, Gardeniae Fructus Praeparatus, Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus and Asari Radix”. Conclusion:Ancient physicians mostly used Chinese medicines for promoting urination and relieving strangury, clearing heat and cooling blood, dispelling blood stasis and stopping bleeding for blood stranguria. Commonly used Chinese medicines include Talcum, Rehmanniae Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, and Plantaginis Semen, etc.
