Abstract：The theory of sinew and bone balance is an important academic concept proposed by the representative school of Chinese Medicine orthopedics，Pingle GUO's Bonesetting. This theory plays a significant role in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in Chinese medicine orthopedics. The neck balance adjustment method，based on the theory of sinew and bone balance，is suitable for the treatment of cervical-related diseases. This study explores the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（CSR）from the perspective of the interaction and influence between sinews and bones， and discusses the mechanism of the neck balance adjustment method in treating CSR. This provides theoretical and practical references for Chinese medicine treatment of CSR.
