Abstract：Based on years of practical experience integrating clinical practice，teaching，and scientific research in acupuncture， Professor FU Yunqi has innovatively established a diagnosis and treatment system characterized by "simultaneous treatment of the neck and ear，and concurrent regulation of tendons and bones". He is particularly skilled in using the micro needle knife to release myofascial trigger points in the cervico-occipital region and integrating mutiple traditional Chinese medicine therapies such as acupucture，periauricular flash cupping，and electroacupuncture for the comprehensive treatment of cervicogenic tinnitus. During the authors' apprenticeship with Professor FU， systematic clinical observation and case discussions proved highly beneficial. This article systematically summarizes his academic experience in treating cervicogenic tinnitus from three aspects： pathogenesis analysis， diagnostic and treatment characteristics，and a typical case record，aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this condition.
