Abstract: Pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTIs) are characterized by deficiency of the lung, spleen, and kidney as the root cause, with phlegm-dampness,food accumulation, and blood stasis as the secondary pathological products. Based on the dynamic pathogenesis evolution of "deficiency, phlegm, stasis, and stagnation," this study proposes a staged treatment strategy: expelling pathogens and supporting healthy qi during the attacking phase, harmonizing the liver and spleen during the recovery phase, and consolidating the root and fostering vitality during the intermittent phase. Clinical case studies validated the three-step sequential therapy of "first fortifying the spleen and resolving accumulation, then harmonizing the liver and spleen, and at last tonifying the spleen and kidney," providing a diagnostic and therapeutic pathway for clinical practice.
