Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupoint pressure massage combined with Lactulose for opioid-induced constipation （OIC） with large intestine heat accumulation syndrome in patients with cancer pain. Methods：A total of 100 cases of cancer pain patients with OIC admitted to the Department of Surgical Oncology， the First People′s Hospital of Huzhou from January to December 2024 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution and the observation group was additionally treated with abdominal acupoint pressure massage based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks continuously. Before and after treatment，Bristol Stool Form Scale （BSFS），constipation symptom scores，Patient Assessment of Constipation- Quality of Life （PAC-QOL）， Bowel Function Index （BFI）， and large intestine heat accumulation syndrome scores were compared between the two groups. Electrogastroenterography was used to compare the amplitude and peristaltic frequency of the ascending colon and transverse colon. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded during the treatment，and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 92.00% （46/50） in the observation group， higher than that of 74.00% （37/50） in the control group（P＜0.05）. After treatment，both groups had increased BSFS scores and decreased scores of constipation symptoms，PAC-QOL，BFI， and large intestine heat accumulation syndrome （P＜0.05）；the BSFS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， and the scores of constipation symptoms， PAC-QOL， BFI， and large intestine heat accumulation syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. After treatment， the amplitude and peristaltic frequency of the ascending colon and transverse colon in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05）， and the amplitude and peristaltic frequency of the ascending colon and transverse colon in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion： Abdominal acupoint pressure massage combined with Lactulose for OIC with large intestine heat accumulation syndrome in patients with cancer pain can enhance gastrointestinal motility， alleviate constipation， and improve quality of life with safety.
