Abstract： HE Jialin believes that the key pathogenesis of thin endometrial infertility lies in the disorder of the thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel. The pathological mechanisms may include deficiency of kidney essence，qi stagnation and blood stasis，cold stagnation in the Yangming meridian，or damp-heat and stasis stagnation. Treatment based on the "ten methods for regulating the thoroughfare vessel" can achieve good therapeutic results，by replenishing essence and regulating blood， unblocking and tonifying to regulate the thoroughfare vessel； relieving stagnation and resolving stasis， nourishing yin to regulate the thoroughfare vessel； invigorating Yangming and dispersing cold to regulate the thoroughfare vessel； and applying both internal and external treatments to clear pathogenic factors and regulate the thoroughfare vessel.
