Abstract：This article introduces ZHU Zhenhua′s clinical experience in treating tinnitus. Tinnitus is a common， highly prevalent disorder of the auditory system. Based on the theory of soothing the liver and cultivating the spleen， Professor ZHU Zhenhua posits that its core pathogenesis lies in liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. In clinical practice，he adopts the method of soothing the liver and fortifying the spleen，flexibly applying herb pairs of Bupleuri Radix，thereby providing a treatment approach for tinnitus within traditional Chinese medicine.
