Abstract:Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of fundus hemorrhage based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System v3.5. Methods:Chinese medicine prescriptions for fundus hemorrhage were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform (WanFang), and China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP) from January 1995 to May 2025. The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System v3.5 was used to analyze herb frequency, nature, flavors, meridian tropism, association rules, and clustering. Results:A total of 270 prescriptions were included, involving 69 syndrome types, with the main ones being qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, liverkidney yin deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency with dry-heat syndrome, phlegm-stasis obstructing collateral syndrome, and qi-yin deficiency syndrome. There were 247 Chinese herbs, with high-frequency herbs including Rehmanniae Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma. Herb nature was predominantly cold and warm;flavors were mainly sweet, bitter, and pungent; and meridian tropism primarily involved the liver, heart, spleen, and kidney meridians. By combining association rule analysis,k-means clustering algorithm, and regression modeling, five core herb combinations and one new prescription were derived. Conclusion: Chinese medicine treatment of fundus hemorrhage emphasizes invigorating blood and dissolving stasis, cooling blood to arrest bleeding, and nourishing the liver and kidney. Commonly selected herbs include those for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis, cooling blood to arrest bleeding, tonifying qi and unblocking collaterals, and tonifying the liver and kidney. Representative formulas include Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction.
