Abstract： Objective： To analyze the medication rules of Professor WANG Yiping in treating renal proteinuria based on data mining． Methods： The medical records of renal proteinuria in Professor WANG Yiping's outpatient department from December 1， 2023 to December 1， 2024 were collected． Excel 2016 was used to construct a case data database for Chinese medicine prescriptions， and the distribution and frequency of four qi， five flavors and meridian tropisms of Chinese medicine were counted．IBM SPSS Modeler 18 was used to analyze the association rules of data mining，IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 was used for cluster analysis，and Cytoscape 3.10 was used for complex network analysis of core Chinese medicines．The clinical medication rules and academic thoughts of Professor WANG Yiping in treating renal proteinuria were summarized and analyzed． Results： A total of 269 cases of medical records were collected，and 196 prescriptions for patients， involving 158 Chinese medicines． Their total frequency of use was 3 938 times． The top 10 Chinese medicines were Astragali Radix， Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma， Poria， Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， Codonopsis Radix， Corni Fructus， Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata， Coicis Semen，Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus，and Nelumbinis Semen；their efficacy was mainly for tonifying the lung and invigorating the spleen and kidney，consolidating essence，and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis； their four qi were mainly warm，followed by neutral；the five flavors were mostly sweet，followed by bitter．The main meridian tropisms were the spleen， kidney， and lung meridians， and the spleen meridian accounted for the largest proportion． Through association rule analysis， 18 associated medicinal groups were obtained， and three core class prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis．The complex network analysis of core Chinese medicines suggested that Professor WANG Yiping's treatment of renal proteinuria was based on the core Chinese medicines for tonifying the lung and invigorating the spleen and kidney， and consolidating essence in prescriptions． Conclusion： Professor WANG Yiping's treatment of renal proteinuria follows a medication rules centered on Chinese medicines that tonify the lung， invigorate the spleen and kidney，along with those for consolidating essence and activating blood and resolving stasis， combining sweet and bitter flavors. This medication rule reflects his academic thought，which identifies the imbalance of the triple energizer as the core pathogenesis，adopts tonifying the lung，invigorating the spleen and kidney as the main treatment methods， emphasizes arresting discharge and removing blood stasis， and highlights the simultaneous treatment of the triple energizer.
