Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of HE's Fuzheng Qudu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon on patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) of spleen deficiency with damp-toxin accumulation type after cervical conization. Methods:A total of 100 HSIL patients of spleen deficiency with damp-toxin accumulation type after cervical conization admitted to Yiwu Maternity and Children Hospital from January 2023 to February 2025 were selected and divided into the control group and the trial group by the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vaginal administration of human interferon α2a suppository. The trial group was treated with HE's Fuzheng Qudu Decoction combined with human interferon α2a suppository. Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles and then followed up for six months. Before and after treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were evaluated, the indicators of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+, CD8+ , CD4+/CD8+ ratio) and natural killer (NK) cells were detected, and the clinical effects, human papillomavirus( HPV) negative conversion rate and recurrence rate of cervical lesions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the trial group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CD3+,CD4+,and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the levels of CD8+ were decreased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant (P<0.05). The level of NK cells in the trial group was reduced when compared with that before treatment (P<0.05). The levels of CD3+,CD4+,and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the levels of CD8+ and NK cells were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate and HPV negative conversion rate in the trial group were both higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of cervical lesions in the trial group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Treating HSIL patients of spleen deficiency and damp-toxin accumulation type after cervical conization with HE's Fuzheng Qudu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon can effectively improve leukorrhea symptoms and the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of spleen deficiency and damp-toxin accumulation, increase the HPV negative conversion rate, enhance the clinical efficacy, and shows a trend of reducing the postoperative recurrence rate. HE's Fuzheng Qudu Decoction may exert its antiviral effect by regulating the TBNK lymphocyte subsets, activating and enhancing the body's cellular immune function.
