Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effect of the combination use of mind-regulating acupuncture combined with warming-needle moxibustion on endometriosis (EMS) with infertility. Methods: A total of 74 EMS patients with infertility admitted into Taizhou Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 37 cases each. A total of 61 cases completed the study, with 30 in the observation group and 31 in the control group. The control group received a three-month treatment with subcutaneous injection of Goserelin Acetate after laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group additionally received mind-regulating acupuncture combined with warming-needle moxibustion. The clinical effects, the pregnancy rate at six months post-surgery, and the changes of dysmenorrhea and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores at the end of course of treatment and three months after treatment were respectively compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total clinical effective rate was 96.67% (29/30) in the observation group and 90.32% (28/31) in the control group, there being no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). At the end of the treatment course and three months after the treatment, the dysmenorrhea scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the duration of dysmenorrhea was shortened when compared with that before treatment, differences being significant (P<0.05). Three months after treatment, the degree of dysmenorrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the same time period (P<0.05), and the duration of dysmenorrhea was shorter than that in the control group at the same time period (P<0.05). At the end of treatment and three months after treatment, the HAMA scores in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time period (P<0.05). Follow up was performed six months after surgery, the pregnancy rate was 36.67%( 11/30) in the observation group and 12.90%( 4/31) in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination use of mind-regulating acupuncture combined with warming-needle moxibustion has a good curative effect on EMS with infertility, which can effectively improve patients' dysmenorrhea and anxiety, and improve the pregnancy rate.
