    目的:探讨针刺对动脉粥样硬化(AS) 小鼠血脂水平和炎性因子的影响。方法:将10只雄性 C57BL/6J小鼠作为空白组,同时另抓取30只ApoE-/-雄性小鼠随机分配至模型组、针刺组、假针刺组。空白组 给予标准饲料常规喂养,不干预;模型组给予高脂饲料喂养,每天捆绑30 min;针刺组在模型组基础上,每天 行针刺干预;假针刺组在模型组基础上,每天采用钝头针行假针刺干预。各组连续干预12周。采用ELISA 法检测各组小鼠干预后血清载脂蛋白-A (apo-A)、血清载脂蛋白-B (apo-B)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三 酯(TG)、细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、脂联素含量。 结果:与空白组比较,模型组小鼠血清apo-A、IL-10、脂联素水平降低(P<0.05),apo-B、TG、TC、VCAM-1、 TNF-α水平升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,针刺组小鼠血清apo-A、IL-10、脂联素水平升高(P<0.05), apo-B、TG、TC、VCAM-1、TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05)。与假针刺组比较,针刺组小鼠血清apo-A、IL-10、 脂联素水平升高(P<0.05),TG、TC、TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05)。结论:针刺可通过调节血脂代谢和抑制 炎症反应来延缓AS进程,其机制可能与改善脂质代谢和调节炎性因子表达有关。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture on blood lipid levels and inflammatory factors in mice with atherosclerosis (AS). Methods:A total of 10 male C57BL/6J mice were assigned as the blank control group, and another 30 male ApoE-/- mice were randomly divided into the model group, acupuncture group, and shamacupuncture group. The blank control group was fed a standard diet with no intervention;the model group was given a high-fat diet and subjected to 30 minutes of restraint every day. On the basis of the model group's regimen, the acupuncture group received daily acupuncture as intervention,and the sham-acupuncture group was treated with daily sham acupuncture using blunt-tip needles. All groups were intervened continuously for 12 weeks. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum levels of apolipoprotein-A (apo-A), apolipoprotein- B (apo-B), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α), interleukin-10 (IL-10), and adiponectin in each group of mice after intervention. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the model group had decreased serum apo-A, IL-10 and adiponectin levels (P<0.05) and increased apo-B,TG,TC,VCAM-1,and TNF-α levels (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the acupuncture group showed elevated serum level of apo-A, IL-10, and adiponectin(P< 0.05) and reduced apo-B, TG, TC, VCAM-1, and TNF- α levels (P<0.05). In comparison with the shamacupuncture group,the acupuncture group had higher serum level of apo-A,IL-10,and adiponectin (P<0.05) and lower TG,TC,and TNF-α levels (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture can delay the AS progression by regulating lipid metabolism and inhibiting inflammatory responses,and its mechanism may be associated with the improvement of lipid metabolism and the regulation of inflammatory factor expression.
