Abstract： This article introduces Professor YU Minfeng's clinical experience in using Zhengyang Decoction for treating pediatric diseases. Zhengyang Decoction is a formula specifically created for the qi movement pattern of the ziwu year （a year in the sexagenary cycle）. Guided by the theory of five circuits and six qi， Professor YU follows the diagnostic and treatment model of observing the heavens，the person，and the disease and syndrome. By integrating the physiological and pathological characteristics of children，she flexibly applies Zhengyang Decoction to treat a variety of pediatric diseases，achieving significant clinical effects.
