Abstract:To introduce Director ZHANG Tingting's clinical experience in treating pulmonary endometriosis with simultaneous upper and lower treatment. Pulmonary endometriosis is a rare type of endometriosis, with menstrual hemoptysis and chest pain as the main manifestations. Endometriosis, according to Director ZHANG Tingting, is characterized by the pathogenesis of "longtime blood stasis transforming into heat and affecting the collaterals," which she extends to the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary endometriosis. She proposes that the core pathogenesis lies in "heat and blood stasis intermingling in the lower energizer, ascending with rebellious Chong qi and scorching the lung collaterals." Based on this understanding, she establishes the fundamental therapeutic principle of "simultaneous upper and lower treatments": clearing heat and resolving stasis in the uterus while regulating the extraordinary meridians to address the root, and simultaneously relieving the lungs by promoting lung function, descending qi, cooling blood, and stabilizing the collaterals to manage the manifestation. This method integrates the essence of the CAI's Gynecology in treating pain disorders with "addressing the root cause as the primary focus, " managing bleeding conditions with "stopping bleeding without leaving stasis, " and applying menstrual cycle regulation therapy, demonstrating definite clinical efficacy.
